Air Travel

1. Don’t forget to get USA visa , make sure you have valid passports
2. It is encouraged that participants arrive on or before July 28, 2012 in Los Angeles
3. All chapters should notify the organizing committee about their arrival date
4. Each player is allowed two bags. Check with your airlines for weight/baggage restrictions. Each player is allowed a carry on bag. No water bottles or liquids are allowed on the plane.
5. Any toiletries or medicine such as tooth paste should be in a small sandwich bag
6. Bring snacks, power bars, and chocolate anything that you need as most oversees flights are long .
7. Bring books , card or ipods to keep yourself busy
