1. All players are responsible to keep their room neat and in order at all times.
2. Any guests staying in the rooms have to be cleared with team management
3. Phone calls have to be made using phone cards. Do not make long distance calls from the hotel as it is very expensive. Any such call will be player’s responsibility
4. Internet access is available in the hotel and cafes nearby.
5. PLAYERS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CONSUME ANY ALCOHOLIC DRINKS in USA

Things to take

1. All players should bring any medication that they take.
2. Make copy of all credit cards and your driver license and keep it with you separate from your wallet
3. Lap tops are allowed on the plane.
4. Camera, camcorder and battery chargers
5. Power Outlet adaptors
